Great Smoothie Mix I was using something else in the morning for a smoothie mix to help metabolism and saw this so I decided to give it a try. At least 5 mornings a week, I use this my breakfast smoothie which I add cup of orange juice, banana, 1/2 cup of ice and than blend. Usually this holds my hunger about 4 hours.
