We stand behind ReguFIT. If you are not completely satisfied within 30 days of your purchase, contact us at hello@regufit.com for a full refund of the product price — no questions asked. You do not need to return the bag unless we ask you to.

How to Request a Refund

Email hello@regufit.com (or call 1-855-734-8649) with your order number within 30 days of purchase. We process approved refunds to your original payment method within 10–15 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.

Subscriptions (“Subscribe & Save”)

You can cancel your subscription at any time before your next renewal through regufit.com/my-account or by contacting us. Orders that have already shipped are covered by the 30-day guarantee above. To avoid being charged for your next shipment, please cancel before your renewal date.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days with a photo and your order number. We’ll replace it or refund it at no cost to you.
